Inspired by Purpose, Driven by Impact
Bhavishya Charitable Trust was born from a simple idea and a shared desire to help the underprivileged. The seed of the Trust was sown during a late-night conversation at Pang, Ladakh, in the midst of a Manali–Leh cycling expedition in September 2019. Amidst the quiet and cold mountains, the warm thought of giving back and creating meaningful impact took shape.
Motivated by this vision, the Trust began taking its first steps towards becoming operational in early December 2019. Soon after, the world was struck by the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing unprecedented challenges for communities everywhere. Recognizing the urgent need for support, Bhavishya Charitable Trust stepped in to help vulnerable families by providing groceries and essential daily necessities during this difficult time.
As the Trust evolved, so did its focus. By 2023, Bhavishya Charitable Trust began intervening in government schools, addressing a critical yet often overlooked need — access to safe drinking water. We started supporting schools with water purifiers wherever required, with the aim of protecting children from water-borne diseases and supporting healthier learning environments. The Trust has also continued to assist schools with other basic needs as and when required.
To strengthen our impact and operate with full transparency and accountability, Bhavishya Charitable Trust was formally registered in 2025, and obtained all necessary registrations and certifications required to function legally as a charitable organization. This milestone enabled us to expand our efforts in a structured and sustainable manner.
Today, Bhavishya Charitable Trust looks ahead with the goal of reaching more communities and making a deeper impact. Guided by compassion, inclusivity, and a commitment to long-term change, we continue our journey to build a healthier and more hopeful future.
